Music and Arts
Northfield supports artistic expression by students in everything from music to theatre, visual arts to creative writing. Northfield students participate in band, orchestra, choral groups, plays, and the annual literary journal, Still Point. They create murals and mosaics, build benches for the lunchroom, sew quilts and costumes, shoot photographs and films. They draw, they paint, they choreograph dances. Each creative act is performed with reverence and with purpose, for here, too, among the arts, Northfield students connect to the community through tradition and with joy.New:
